QuickAds helps local businesses create AI-powered ads from real logos, photos, contact details, prompts, and campaign history. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to QuickAds, including the mobile application, website, and related services that help businesses generate, manage, and publish advertising creatives. It does not apply to third-party websites, app stores, payment processors, or social platforms that operate under their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use QuickAds, we may collect:

  • Account information: email address, authentication details, company profile, and identifiers needed to keep your session active.
  • Business information: company name, sector, contact email, phone number, address, website, brand colors, logo, and other details you provide so ads can match your business.
  • Creative assets: uploaded photos, logos, team images, work samples, service images, generated posters, prompts, campaign ideas, and related metadata.
  • Subscription information: purchase status, product identifiers, entitlement status, and app user IDs handled through RevenueCat and the relevant app store.
  • Device and usage information: app version, device type, operating system, push notification tokens, error states, and basic usage events needed to operate and improve the service.
  • Advertising and attribution signals: when permitted by your device settings, QuickAds may use Meta/Facebook SDK features to measure installs, understand campaign performance, and improve acquisition reporting.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Create and maintain your QuickAds account and company profile.
  • Generate branded ads, campaign ideas, captions, and poster history.
  • Upload, store, display, and organize business resources you choose to provide.
  • Process subscriptions, confirm entitlements, and restore purchases.
  • Send service-related notifications, reminders, and account messages.
  • Improve app reliability, user experience, security, and product performance.
  • Measure marketing performance where tracking permissions and platform rules allow it.

4. AI-generated content

QuickAds uses the information and assets you provide to generate advertising creative. Generated outputs may include images, poster layouts, copy ideas, captions, and campaign concepts. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it, including claims, prices, promotions, availability, legal requirements, and intellectual property rights.

Do not upload sensitive personal information, confidential customer records, payment cards, government IDs, health information, or content you do not have permission to use.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell your business assets. We may share information with service providers that help us operate QuickAds, including hosting providers, authentication and API infrastructure, AI generation services, push notification services, RevenueCat, app stores, and Meta/Facebook SDK services when enabled.

These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

6. Device permissions

QuickAds may request access to device features only when needed for app functionality:

  • Camera: to capture photos of business resources, work, products, or team members.
  • Photo library: to select logos, brand assets, and creative resources.
  • Microphone: to record audio for features that convert speech into text, when used.
  • Notifications: to send app updates, reminders, and service messages.
  • Tracking transparency: to request permission for advertising measurement where required.

You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features may not work if a required permission is disabled.

7. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide QuickAds, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Account tokens and company identifiers may be stored on your device to keep you signed in.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your choices

You may be able to:

  • Update company profile details inside the app.
  • Delete or replace uploaded resources where the app provides those controls.
  • Disable camera, photo library, microphone, notifications, or tracking permissions in device settings.
  • Manage subscriptions through the App Store, Google Play, or the platform where you purchased.
  • Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of information associated with your account.

9. Children

QuickAds is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to QuickAds, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as QuickAds evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the effective date, posting a notice, or providing an in-app message where appropriate.
